Your Body Freedom Programme is a 12 week self-led course. You will take yourself through a series of audios, videos, journaling guides and weekly exercises making your way to Body Freedom. Taken at your own pace and in your own time, you can fit this around your schedule, your life and ensure that it fits in with how you want to live your life.
